The My Food Service License Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) exam is conducted online as a closed-book, proctored test available only in English—no paper version exists.
You will have two hours to complete 80 multiple-choice questions, each with one correct answer. Although there are 80 questions, only 70 are graded; the remaining 10 serve as ungraded pilot questions used for analysis.
