The 80-question My Food Service License Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) exam is a closed-book, proctored exam only available in English. The exam has no paper version; it is exclusively available online.
All questions are multiple-choice with only one correct answer. Examinees will have two hours to complete the exam.
Of the 80 questions, only 70 are graded. Ten ungraded, analysis-only pilot questions will be included in each exam.
