The Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) course provides food safety training videos, educational materials, quizzes, and a practice exam.
Students Learn to implement essential food safety practices to create a culture of food safety. This self-paced course gives students 24 X 7 access using a computer, smartphone, or tablet. Students can also review any section that they choose to reinforce the training.
Anytime food is produced or served, there must always be at least one person working that holds the Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) license. Any staff working while that person is present must have, at a minimum, a basic food handlers card to comply with food safety regulations.
Online Proctored Exam: At the end of the course, students will take their proctored exam online using a computer with a camera. The exam is offered on demand. No scheduling is required.
Students will earn their nationally accredited 5-year certification upon passing the exam.
